Melia brings a vibrant, whole-body approach to massage therapy, rooted in movement science, athletic coaching, and skilled hands-on care. She’s licensed through the Wellness Institute of Chester County and comes to us with a wealth of experience.

She specializes in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue & Soft Tissue Work, Cupping Therapy, Targeted Stretching.

Melia has worked with athletes, active individuals, post-rehab clients, and older adults — making her a perfect fit for our dynamic team. With countless hours observing PT and athletic training, she truly gets our patients and how to support their journey.
